Tomorrow is Another Day is a work of art, solely made of text, that is hand painted to cover
a large portion of the facade of a historic two story building in Castlberry Hill.
Tomorrow is Another Day is the last line spoken in the epic film, Gone With the Wind. This
text was selected for the contexts of past and present cultural conditions and begs questions about
contemporary life while, simultaneously, acting to promote optimism in a complex social and political
urban arena. This work is part of a larger body of work that examines personal and social realities
via a non-linear narrative.
Signs For Dimes was hired by Carr to execute her work. This team, who works in the time honored
tradition of custom, hand painted advertisement includes Adam McNeil, William Mitchell, and Melanie Wade.
